"May I just say, you and your crew and Peter (Elvis) made today a wonderful day for Jeannie and all our party. Everyone said what a great and wonderful day they had. The food was superb, the staff highly professional, friendly and accommodating. It’s so good and comforting to have staff and crew who fully understand and know how to be there just enough for the passengers without invading their space… it’s the ‘art’ of great hospitality. Jeannie and I, and everyone in our party were very impressed with the entire cruise.
You were right, I think Peter is a great ‘Elvis’; I have been to Graceland and seen the real Elvis, and Peter’s interpretation of Elvis the entertainer and performer is just like the real deal, his stage mannerisms and inflections were just like Elvis. Doing the first set in the genuine ‘Elvis comeback’ leathers which Elvis wore a lot during his intermit shows, (it was one of his favourite outfits) was terrific, and Peter has a great voice and is one of the few Elvis interpreters that I have seen who realizes Elvis had a big vocal range, not just the constant light baritone. I think Jeannie and I would like to catch one of Peter’s full cabaret shows, I think it would be fantastic.
Jeff, it was a perfect day, and Jeannie had a wonderful 50th Birthday; thank you ever so much and please pass on our thanks and appreciation to all your crew.
I certainly won’t have any hesitation recommended to everyone I know to do themselves a favour and take the cruise on the Lady Cutler Melbourne Showboat."

All of the staff were fantastic and very attentive and it was a wonderful afternoon.
I am also glad to see such a classic vessel such as the Lady Cutler restored so well and still running around the waterways.
I lived in Sydney for a while and loved travelling on the 'Lady' ferries and have a great appreciation for them.

Every one thought it was a fantastic way to have a party. Many of the reception centres we looked at would have cost more and just been another wedding (yawn) but having it on the boat blew every-one away so I'm sure your on a winner. "There are definitely some days when it is worth getting up early! I think counted six Peninsula Ship Society members on the 5.30 am cruise from Central Pier aboard the Lady Cutler to meet the Queen Victoria on her maiden visit to Melbourne. It was a beautiful full-moon morning, and the weather did all it could to make it a truly memorable outing. The breakfast on board the Lady Cutler was excellent and we all had a wonderful start to the day. I am sure that we all thank the owners and crew of the Lady Cutler for a fantastic voyage. Well done."
